Battery and Device Care

On the Galaxy Wear app for my Watch 4, the Battery and Device Care does not display any data.  When selected, all it does is say CHECKING and then says RETRY.  On the watch, when selected, it does display data.

Please submit an error report  through the Samsung Members or Galaxy Wearable app on your device:

- To provide feedback or to report bugs or errors in the Beta software, select "Contact us > Error reports" in the Galaxy Wearable app.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

There is no error.  I am on the latest Galaxy Wearable app for the Watch 4.  All the other function between the wearable app and the watch work fine.  It is only the the battery and device care that does not work.

Error report sent.  I cannot load the Galaxy Wearable app from the beta notice.  It says I am not authorized or  the test period has expired.  Checking my current app, it says I am on the latest version.

OK, I now have this issue resolved.  I was finally able to load the beta for the Galaxy Wearable app and now the app does show the watch battery and device care data.
