Have you cleared the cache from the cache partition, and run galaxy app booster from the good guardians app

Good guardians app? do you mean Good Lock? I am having the same issue with battery draining and I am trying to what you are suggesting?

It's my experience the good Guardians mods do nothing more than device care.

Not only does my battery on 8.5 not drain like crazy, it's lasting longer. Look for the app that's causing it.
