As the problem involves a 3rd party app, it would be best to contact the app developer for support. However, if you do experience issues with a Samsung app, please send us an error report with a video recording and we would be able to debug the issue. It keeps "working then crashing," but as I see on Google Play, people are complaining about its app development. I'm sure it's a mixed issue with the beta being newer, then the app requires. And then the app updates breaks it also lol updates keep breaking and fixing themselves.
