A month is a bit of a stretch considering the final buld and official release of android 13 is done. Samsung wants to beat other phone OEMs. But considering they are getting feedback from mainly t mobile customers they have to ensure less bugs
Look at the timeframe of beta 12 and that's a good rough guess on how it should release

If its anything like it was last year it'll be about 2-3 weeks after the first update.

DD7227 Is probably right. Probably this week. But the first beta is usually the longest after that it's 2-3 weeks or so.

From what I am reading the next will be the final Android 13 release no more beta.
