I have been a beta contributor since the inception of the program. My first real phone of my own was a Samsung Epic 4G. With the shift from TWZ to OneUi I was truly excited because I was so enamored by the simplicity and beauty of stock Android, while also appreciating and acknowledging the real superiority of Samsung's build quality and camera system.

As a very seasoned participant, this time around I really want Samsung to focus on polishing everything - the suggestions have always been there. I'm curious to know what everyone else's first phones were and if you agree.
Design format is something I feel should be extremely precise and handled in such a way that phone shouldn't matter. Nothing should be coded for a specific phone with this regard. I don't think that's too much to ask for. The icons in the status bar are still crooked and not balanced. Wifi 7 icon and angle don't match cellular bar angles.
These are gripes we have had for years.
I'm hoping that Samsung will listen and really simplify these things so that the new standard can be born with OneUi 9.
I would love to see this simplified and all angles matching.
I would love to see the settings, edit and power buttons take on a matching size and shape to the existing tiles and moved to the bottom of the quick settings panel.
