@stealthj, your phone needs to be factory unlocked, I'm with Verizon and factory unlocked phone.

It's unlocked. I figured it out, thanks. Cannot use the same Samsung account to register 2 devices for beta. That's what the issue was.

Which countries is the beta released to?

Seems to be US since Verizon is a carrier here. I know people hop on other countries' members app but this is mostly for the US market.
