The solution for the watch resetting is posted there. You need to factory data reset the watch.
You will probably have to do it physically:
- Hold down both buttons until you the watch resets and then shows the Samsung name.
- Then click the Home button twice.
- You will get to a text menu.
- Click the home button multiple times to get Recovery menu highlighted.
- Then long press on the Home button until the menu changes.
- Then use the back button to scroll down to Factory reset.
- Click the Home button to select Factory reset.
- Use the back button to select yes
- Click the Home button to activate it.
- Mark as New

Thank you for your participation in Watch6 Beta.
As @LongHiker suggested, please follow the steps to reset your device as it will clear out all apps in your watch that may be conflicting with the current Beta software.
If the issue still persists, please report the error back to us (Galaxy Wearable app> Contact us, Error Report) and we will evaluate the logs in depth.
