Maybe it's a good thing the beta version isn't available until the stable version come. Everyone will cry if you get the beta and you have issues. Wait on the stable version and roll with the good version.

I have a unlocked note 20 5g from Samsung using it on AT&T and I still can't get the beta either

One UI Beta Program for Note 20 devices is only available for Samsung unlocked devices and is currently closed.
