Is the Marketplace unavailable for Beta participants?

I use some. If you count Bixby Routines then all day... They are great although my location based ones are busted now

I'm just not, as a rule, going to talk to an inanimate object. I am in construction and drive between jobs each day. I use Bixby to make phone calls (and used Google Assistant for that task as well, in the past). Beyond that, I prefer a more "hands-on" experience. I've tried Routines previously, but my personal routines are anything but, so....

I don't see the marketplace at all unless I'm looking at the wrong place

Ok I found it finally after look for several days. Somehow I kept overlooking it as it was below the fold.
