After reboot I only came access menu by swiping down the quick panel and use the little settings icon, I can't swipe left or right or some tines it accesses the app drawer then it won't move, I can't click any icon/app either, so basically nothing works I have to swipe down as I said before and access settings menu the find app menu search for app I want and open it from there

DiscussionsHello @MrG21 ,
Please send us an error report from the Samsung members app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports.
It may help to erase cache partition of the device by following below steps.
- Turn off the device.
- Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Side key.
- When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
- An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
- Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.
- Press Side key to select.
- Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Side key to select.
- When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
- Press the Side key to restart the device.
