DiscussionsI have never addressed that before, but I will this on this thread. Aside form Google searches which in reality are very anecdotal and even subjective, I wholeheartedly agree with the "productive responses" replies. They are not helpful and for anyone who is really experiencing issues they say they are, others posting that their devices are working fine, passively delegitimizes what are actual issue another user is experiencing, and can make the user feel they are at fault. I am not saying this is intentional, I am saying that is how another can perceive what are in reality unhelpful replies, even though they were made with good intentions
So, my suggestion to everyone who does not have issues on any particular function or even the overall funciton of their devices, please stop saying your devices are fine as responses to topics created regarding issue another user is having. It is not only passively dismissive, but also creates situations for those who are actually using betas (or even seeking help otherwise) from participating.
