Can't adjust flashlight brightness

Ever since I downloaded the Beta a few days ago I cannot adjust my flashlight brightness when I swiped down on my. Quick settings styles and select flashlight. It turns it on but before I could always tap again and adjust it to brighter or dimmer. Now it just turns it off five touch it again
