Can't back up apps

I've been trying to back up my data on Samsung cloud and everything works except it says it can't back up my homescreen or apps. Any suggestions for a fix?

Did you read the reason why? There's usually a reason listed.

How about backing up to Google One as another option?

Or better yet, backup to a PC using SmartSwitch?
