Can't make purchases through the Samsung market

The credit card I usually use doesnt show in my in payment options. When I try to  added it tells me that I can't because it has been added already.

Clear cache of the app

Cleared cache first, didn't work. Then tried clearing cache and data from the app still didn't work. Finally cleared cache from my phone and still didn't work. Still broken, I am saving a money because of this.

Weird you mean the samsung shop app right? Did you try uninstalling it and reinstalling it again?
