Can't update Google play system

For some reason I can't update the Google play system but on my s21 ultra on one ui 6 beta 2 i can. I have cleared the cache and data on the play store and Google services.

Yeah it was the same for me, after many attempts and restarts it happened no idea what fixed it.

It's strange, I thought it was the beta but doesn't seem like it on my other phone

Yes try updating multiple times and after multiple restarts you will be on September update
