Regular Bluetooth audio on my 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander GT was working perfectly with UI7 but now it takes several manual attempts at connecting before sticking. If gives me force disconnects several time before then, with only phone calls or phone audio working but not both
Go to Settings/General management/Reset/Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections, then hit the Reset Settings button.
Note, this will reset both connections. While the Wi-Fi connection, it is easily reconnected using the Wi-Fi password credentials. The Bluetooth information will also be cleared and any Bluetooth connected devices (earbuds, your car, etc) will then have to paired again with the phone, making this a bit more inconvenient. See how that works out.
To assist us in resolving this issue, we kindly ask you to submit an error report through the Samsung Members app on your device:
1. Open Samsung Members. 2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback. 3. Attach any relevant screenshots or screen recording/video (if possible). 4. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.
Important: Please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue for accurate log data collection.
