I've run into that too. Though it seems more like the overall issue that tapping anything (i.e. notifications, etc.) takes multiple tries. I do wish it was just a little bigger, it would be easier to tap.
Please note, the 2nd Beta SW has been released. This release includes some fixes for the touch sensitivity issues reported. Please update your device and if the issue still persists, please use the latest Samsung Members app to submit an error report.
