Closing out apps

Is anyone else having issues closing out apps and going back to home screen. Mine is freezing up and then doubling up over other apps. Ui 6 beta.

Have you clear the system cache and also repaired apps?

Where do I go to clear system cache and repair apps. The usual way I can t do for some reason
