Connection issues

Im having connectivity issues (not sure if its the phone or the connection to my network provider). When im using the internet app or another app like Facebook or Instagram, my phone wont load after a while and the only way i can get it to work is if i go into the device care in settings and click the " optimize now" button or if i restart my phone. Ive cleared cache in the settings of the phone several times and it seems to keep doing it.

Not sure if anyone else is having this problem.
I have an unlocked note 20 ultra 5g using a T-Mobile sim card (non Esim, don't know if that makes a difference).
