Connection with Outlook

I have been having issues with having to hit emails several times before they open. This does not happen with Gmail. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, are there any solutions to this problem? I know waiting for the next One Ui 4.0 could possibly correct it, but I also know it could be unrelated to One Ui 4.0.
