It might be a good thing that we haven't seen the new beta on T-Mobile. Beta 3 was held up over the carrier making sure a issue was resolved, maybe they are making sure that everything is going to be smooth and not have a carrier issue like beta 2 did.

Makes sense because I haven't faced for the past 2 betas (2 - 3) any severe bugs besides the usual battery drain and a few minor bugs.
