So I have had this issue since I think one UI 6. But if you use Do not disturb and your place a contact or a favorite contact or anything in the exclude section it will disappear hours later. I've missed important calls because of this. I was hoping when you are ate would fix this. I have this on the fault 5 I had this on the s24 ultra and now I have it on the s25 ultra.
If i were you, I would do a test run with a friend or family, have then call u while DND is on and log the situation your dealing with and report it to samsung, as this isn't a problem for me and has worked correctly
