Edit lockscreen missing items

Shouldn't there be gallery and filter icons at the bottom? I believe these icons should be there according to Tips app. 

I restarted my phone, wiped cache partition, and repaired apps, but the icons are still missing. Anyone have this issue?

It's there for me, of course the wallpaper settings don't work at all for me. But it's there lol

Were you using Samsung provided wallpapers while updating to beta3? And do you have any issue with wallpaper settings or Browse my wallpapers like other people?

I'm trying to figure out why so many people have that issue, but I don't.

I'm using wallpapers from an app. Not Samsung wallpapers. I have successfully changed my wallpaper with no issue and I did see the gallery and filter settings at the bottom of the lock screen like we are supposed to.
