If you go to where you signed up for the beta there should be a developer contact or forum for the watch beta.

Untill the next beta build ur prolly out of luck. This is why it's not advisable to download betas on devices u use everyday

I too am interested in Watch 4 Beta so I can finally activate BP monitor. That's the only reason I bought the watch
