Galaxy Watch calendar notifications

Since moving to beta 3 my Galaxy watch 3 has been popping up regular and annoying reminders from the calendar app, hours after the meetings/ events are done, multiple per event.  Anyone else experiencing this?  (I did submit a bug report.)
