This is in addition to my previous post regarding the issue with galaxy buds not being connected to the phone/galaxy watch even though they are. I recently purchased a new pair of Galaxy buds 3 pro and they also exhibit the same behavior as the buds 2 pro from my previous post. I'm now convinced this an issue with the way Samsung has implemented earbud controls in the main Settings app, similar to how IOS does with their airpods.

Are they not showing in the galaxy wearable app or literally won't work even though there connected? I've used buds 3 pro since they released and been using them daily with the s25 ultra one ui 8 beta with zero connection issues...only thing I have noticed is they do not show in the wearable app unless the case is open besides that smooth connection, not any drops and im currently using them on the phone while typing this..

They work perfectly fine as far as audio playback is concerned. It just seems that with the one ui 8 beta the software will not recognize that the buds are actually connected to my phone completely. Music playback works fine as well as being connected to the wearable app. Bixby commands don't work even though I can wake Bixby with my voice via the buds. My galaxy watch says the buds aren't connected to my phone so the buds controller tile on my watch is useless.

First do this,

- Power down device

- Press and hold both volume up and the power (side) buttons at the same time until you see recovery screen.

- Using volume buttons, move highlight over "Wipe cache partition" and hit the power (side) button.

- Use volume button to highlight "Yes", then push the power (side) button.

-Then push the power (side) button as it will default to "Reboot system now" and restart your device as normal.

Try go to Settings/Apps/Galaxy Wearable and open that. Click on "Storage" then clear both the cache and data, Uninstall and reinstall the app. If that does not work, the go to Settings/General management/Reset/Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings, then reset it. Tis will clear both your Wi-Fi connection and your BT. Wi-Fi you just simply use your login credentials to reconnect to your router. In BT all of your connected devices will be removed and you will have to pair them all up again, including your car if you use your phone with it.

If none that works, then open an error report with Members app. After opening the app, then going into Beta choose "Beta feedback" and click the send icon on the bottom right. Choose the appropriate category, Give a description of the issue(s) and take a screenshot and even a screen recording is possible. Be sure the radio button "Send system log data" is checked and send away.
