Clear the watch managers cache and data and then uninstall it and reinstall it. That's what worked for me. Just unjnstalling and reinstalling doesn't work
Just did what you suggested and it resetted my watch to factory defaults. Now I can't even use it as a watch to tell time because I can't pass the set up screen 😒
