Samsung officially began rolling out the stable One UI 8.5 update on May 6, 2026, starting in South Korea, with a wider global rollout beginning on May 11, 2026

Don't expect anymore software upgrades than what is already in the beta 10 which is the stable candidate. When the final comes, it will include the typical monthly update with bug fixes. Hopefully for some they iron out the battery draining & micro-stuttering in the UI issues.

Samsung isn't Apple; their updates lack transparency, and they don't provide official release dates. May 11th might apply to one specific region—perhaps—but given everything we've seen in the betas, I highly doubt it will cover all of them. I am extremely disappointed.
