I can not use goggle pay at all it says that it's not up to Security Standards and Your phone might be running on a beta Software
That's unsafe.

That's correct, beta software is not certified by Google so it will not work until stable releases. You can use Samsung Pay until then.

It's not "unsafe" when it's not even working in the first place. Can I ask why you would install beta software on a phone that you plan on using for banking?
