If your Buds Pro 3 has been lost or does not show after you've opened your buds case, then kindly submit an Error Report through the Samsung Members app immediately after reproducing the problem.
Once your galaxy buds case is opened, your Settings will have a new menu, right above "Connections" where you could adjust your buds settings easily.

I have the Buds 2 Pros. The Galaxy Buds 1/2/3 Manager has removed the settings like the watch manager has. When you open your case on your buds, they will automatically show up in your settings. I honestly think it's pretty convenient actually. You still have all the functionality of the manager, it's just been relocated to your settings.
@PCMCC78 It is now in the Settings app. Placing the buds in the ear with the Bluetooth activated will show them at the very top in the Settings app. One can also place the ear buds widget on the home screen. Just pinch the home screen together, choose widget, then look for the buds widget and add it. It will activate when the buds are put into use as well, having all of the controls.
