Google messages not uploading mms

I tried to download an mms message sent to me yesterday and did not go through. Switched to samsung messages today. Uploaded in 2 sec.

My Google messages will not connect to chat at all.

I also had issues with mms. Had to tap switch to sms mms message to get it to go through. My chat features seem to say connected now with beta 2 and I can send regular chat messages now unlike before, but mms still acting up

Yeah, same as in beta 1: need to toggle SIM card to reconnect to RCS for Google Messages. Settings... Connections... SIM card manager.

Still not loading after the update to messages today on Google messages. Sticking with samsung messages.
