Google using significantly more battery since update

Since I've updated, I've noticed my battery has been draining a lot faster than usual. I checked my usage. I've had my phone unplugged for less than 3 hours and Google has used 4% battery already.

Yesterday from 6:30am to 10:30pm it used 25%

Is anyone else having this issue? I'm on an S21 Ultra.

Same here. Noticed battery draining quicker. I did a Google play update this morning under the phone status, hopefully that helps.

I'll double check to make sure it's all updated. If it's not updated hopefully it'll fix it.

Same. Noticed it weeks ago and logged it as a bug. Hopefully it gets fixed!
