unlocked doesn't necessarily mean beta. like I said on another thread, the bride's unlocked S21U got updated today (she wasn't on beta). I'm still here 😉

I do see US unlocked models who were not on beta started receiving the official update now on various carriers. Hopefully those of us stuck on beta 4 get the update as well soon.

Beta 4 on US unlocked S21 Ultra using TMobile sim. As of Thanksgiving night no update on my phone yet.

All Unlocked devices should  be able to receive One UI 4 update at this time.  Update was opened for carriers in two separate rounds based on CSC which may have caused some of users to receive an update before others.

Please call us at 1-800-726-7864 if you are still unable to update to One UI 4.
