High Contrast Themes

Seems like these two themes are working flawlessly for Android 11/ One UI 3.0. I've seen a few users complain about lack of "darkness" in Dark Mode, and these help with that. They aren't perfect, but they do add black backgrounds to notifications and improve readability in several cases. Get them from the Theme "store" or search "high contrast" in settings. Blue or yellow.
