Please try clearing the cache from the One Ui application this can sometimes fix problems with icons and gestures, if that doesn't help try rebooting your phone into the the recovery mode menu and then clear the cache from your device and then reboot your phone, also please use the Send feedback and error report option in the Members application to let the Samsung beta program team know that you are experiencing problems with the Beta One software
Please use the latest Samsung Members app to submit an error report (Samusng Members One UI Beta Program Beta Feedback Error Report.
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
