Home wallpaper blurred

My default wallpaper is now blurred or very zoomed in. When I go to apply it again it looks correct as it shows what it will look like before applying.  But after hitting ok it does not look like the preview.

Ah ha! Under display setting there is a slider for screen zoom. It was bumped up. Bringing back to left side fixed this. FYI

Happened to me , I just restarted the phone

It actually happened again to me and moving zoom slider to right then back to left fixed it again. I see it is stated in the known issues...

Happened to me after I used the front facing camera.

Can't seem to reproduce, so I'm not sure what triggered it, but the zoom slider fix definitely works.
