As useful as this feature may be, I feel that not having the ability to toggle it off is a massive security concern! Go ahead and turn on the "Alert when clipboard accessed" feature and you'll see that any time you copy anything, Samsung Keyboard saves it, even if you're using an alternative keyboard.
Unfortunately a lot of apps work this way. This is one of the ways social media companies make a chunk of their money. Evwn if you never use or open the app.
You can always install another keyboard, set it as the default, and then disable the Samsung keyboard. Before doing that. See if force closing the Samsung keyboard before trying to copy something stops it from collecting this type of data.
