Inner screen icon size grid will not change

Anyone else notice this? Inner display icon size is smaller than normal and changing the grid makes no changes.

Actually the settings are missing comparing from the inner to outer displays

I'm having the same issue. Inner screen layout is missing and widgets are also affected
