I just wanted to check if someone has noticed what I believe is a bug on the inner screen. Today, I started to notice that half of the inner screen sometimes has a different brightness. I'm not sure if one side gets brighter or if the other side gets dimmer; Is just that i notice the difference on both halves. But when I turn off the screen and then on, it gets normal.
I'm not sure if it's a software glitch or physical damage. I have already replaced the screen once, like two months ago so I'm not sure if it is physical.
I don't have a difference in brightness, but I do see an issue with the new beta where when unfolding only the right side screen comes on, and then the left. The left side stays blank for a good 1-2 seconds
I too am seeing this issue when opening the inner screen. The right side will come on for almost 2 seconds, while the left stays blank. I am not able to get a screenshot because of the motion and unlock features, but it is still happening even after the 8/29 beta update.
Please let us know if the screen display is different from what you actually see vs screenshots taken from your device and viewed on other display (monitor).
If both displays are showing the same, then please don't hesitate to submit your error reports (along with screenshots for comparison) to help us assist your issue further.
No difference in brightness on either side with mine as well but i do have the same issue with the left side panel turning on at least 1 sec after the right side turns on when unfolding. It is disconcerting since it makes me feel like the left screen has died but feel relieved when it turns on.
