Is my battery broken? Never I might have figured it out

It's not swollen or anything but the battery % was charging up 1% every 5 seconds then I take it off the charger after 80% so I didn't damage the battery if it was the battery but it turns out it wasn't the battery because it shut my phone off at the batterys actual percentage at 8% sensor might be broken but didn't throw any errors 

But then the phone crashed so I don't know what's going on also it's charging back to normal I think 

It's not taking mere seconds to charge anymore it's at 34% 4 minutes earlier is at 38%
