Hello, is One Ui 4 availible yet?? It's currently 4am PDT nothing yet.. My model # is SM-G991UZAAXAA (Factory Unlocked) and my carrier is Metro by T-Mobile so it should be live for me soon?

Current Software that I'm on right now. August security patch September patch yet 3.1 to hit making me think it's in One Ui 4 beta instead.
