Issue With Bixby Routine

I stopped a running routine that I set up for sleeping hours.  I was unable to later restart the routine.

Please explain the issue you are facing.  Is the "Turn On" button missing from the Sleep routine?

I was trying to run a Bixby Routine I had set up. After shutting it off, I went to the routine but found no way to activate it again.
