While in the call and on speaker mode, if you click the keypad button or More button, the windows/panels do not open smoothly. Instead they lag and the animation is not smooth.
I'm on OneUI 8.5 beta 2.

Have you already checked the animating scale in dev options. Some times it reset the scale back to 1.0
