Samsung has always been my favorite brand; I would say I have part of the ecosystem, from TVs to mobile devices and watches. But currently, Samsung has entered a state of incredible decline. Not only do they not innovate in hardware, but they also fail to provide timely updates. It is unacceptable to have paid $1400 USD for a device (S24 Ultra) and not receive Android updates on time. The beta 2 of Android 16 has already been announced, and Samsung still has not delivered the stable version of One UI with Android 15. I am very disappointed and am seriously considering leaving the brand, as it leaves much to be desired.

Pd; Not to mention the unjustified cost inflation and downgrading of device quality (S25 Ultra camera rings and the Spen for example)

I have yet to find a worthy sucessor to the Note 20 Ultraā€“which should say much.

I miss Samsung's innovation and their pride of being different to the !phone (upside down i for a reasonā€“Samsung doesn't like that word and blocked a previous post of mine for it... smh)... anyway... now it seems they are stagnant and stale. On top of that, they seem to be trying SO hard to be like !phone... they're taking many steps backwards in doing so.

Offering less device for more price is their new business motto, which they stole from app-el (making sure my post isn't blocked lol). I remember when Samsung had the commercials of them bragging about features their devices had YEARS ahead of the !phone... now, they just copy and paste. Just sad, this is how companies that were on top start to fall (just ask the Black-Berries... once again, trying to keep it safe here lol).

That said, I am just hoping Samsung WAKES UP and understands that their customers ARE THE REASON THEY EVEN HAVE BRAND RECOGNITION... so, I would appreciate it if Samsung showed some loyalty to the people who were loyal to them, or we could just find another company that is innovative and provides more for less, instead of less for more.

S Pen is just a stylus now, the S25 series is a copy and paste of the 24 series (oooohhh, you put a new processor ? What else did you do., aside from taking away the bluetooth feature on the S Pen?)

I've had Samsung EVERYTHING since the Galaxy S3... that how much I enjoyed it. I switched so many people from the !phone to Galaxy... now I'm questioning if I should even stay. Smh.
