Try first doing A wipe of the cache partition using recovery mode. Also wipe the cache on those specific apps as well. Then reboot and see if that helps
I recall pre beta i pulled libre /installed through fdroid, dont recall if it worked then. Tried to update it, recieved a "parsing apk failed, maybe minsdk lower than current sdk". Im guessing version targeted isnt whats on thos phone, meaning its not made yet. Checked libre's site, apparently collabre is the open source group that tackled making it, tried pulling their apk directly, also no dice.
