Though "Copy Link" option is not available as a button in the Quick Share menu, you can still access it in Quick Share menu : Share > Quick Share > Share using QR code (QR code icon). You will see a "Copy URL" with a link under the QR code.
Your suggestion to make it available in the Quick Share menu has been communicated to the developer and the development project manager is reviewing the content.
