My phone has a notification that won't go away. MCM client requests are processing.

That's tied to the carrier hub app. I had to force stop it, goes away I until next time you restart phone

Several posts about this. Last I saw was that it is on t-mobile side and they are aware and trying to fix. You can also long press and turn off the notification. I can't say if force stopping it affects anything or not.

Go to settings, apps...then under "your apps" section press the 3 horizontal lines on the upper right corner, then switch on "show system apps," then press ok. Under your apps section, look for carrier hub, then notifications, and switch it off (block notifications). A temporary solution till it gets fixed.

I did some digging into this and found that MCM happens when you switch towers. I've seen issues with 5G in this build. Try turning off 5G and see if MCM Client Requests stop.
