I've been having this issue since joining the beta program. Using Google messages app and my MMS messages don't download. I have to go into each message and hit download, and it still takes a while. The only thing that seems to fix it is disabling the sim card and reenabling. Anyboft have any other solutions?
I switched from physical sim to esim and my MMS are working normally now. I also disabled ram plus to see if that changes performance. So I'm not sure which one helped.
