I'm holding off on reporting this because the next beta is around the corner, but this was a sight to see. Random items are starting to become unplayable until I restart the phone.. It's not even 1:43AM

Yes, 3rd beta software update is released in Korea. We recommend you still report the issue as it may make it in to final software update released to carrier

Yeah I sent what I found in a error report before it possibly gets corrupt glad I can help hopefully samsung figures it out and for now use other recordings formats I suggest using one with 60 frames since every phone is based of off 60 hz refresh rate
