I woke up this morning, went to open the members app, its stuck on the M and ive tried uninstall reinstall , reboot, turn off and on, clear data and cache. Nothing seems to work. Anyone else? Any suggestions?

Update: im able to use Samsung members normally if i turn wifi off. But with wifi on, i can not.
On wifi, the app just stays on the M. On carrier data the app works fine.

Watch manager does not show in the list but there is a companion manager which may be part of the watch manger. Will do some research but thanks for your help. 💪🏻

After seeing this comment, I tested it and I had the same issue so no you're not alone. It's definitely something with the connection with the Wi-Fi.1736351683084.jpg

Hello @MarvinMod2,

We apologize for the temporary server disconnection on Samsung Members.

Although we expect that your app has been recovered, here are some steps you can try in the future if you suspect "network" issues:

1) Network Settings Reset: Resetting your network settings can sometimes resolve connectivity-specific app issues.

2) Check for Updates: Ensure the Members app and your device software are fully up to date.

 >Although we believe that this won't be your case

3) DNS or Firewall: If the issue is Wi-Fi-specific, it could be related to your network’s DNS or firewall settings.

Regards,

One UI Beta Team
